  • streak notifications

  • wellness prompts

You can disable notifications anytime in your device settings.

  • Firebase Crashlytics

  • AdMob (if ads are enabled)

However, no internet transmission or electronic storage method is completely secure.

8. Data Retention

We retain user information only for as long as necessary to provide GitaFlow services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

  • Journal entries, reflections, mood tracking data, intentions, and wellness information are stored until the user deletes the content or requests deletion.

  • Account-related information is retained while the user continues to use the app.

  • Analytics, crash reports, and diagnostic information collected through third-party services (such as Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics) may be retained for up to 14 months or according to the retention policies of those service providers.

  • If a user requests deletion of their personal data, we will delete or anonymize the data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

  • Backup copies may remain in secure backup systems for a limited period before automatic deletion.
